Our Oracle applications practice is looking for the expertise of a talented, experienced  consultant to be responsible for Oracle Agile PLM development on client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Agile implementation with integration to Oracle EBS.
  • Knowledge of "best-practices" relative to PDM (product data management) - Management of ECOs, Item Master, BOMs, Routings and associated engineering drawings/documents, work instructions.
  • Knowledge of Agile PDM capabilities.
  • Consultant is directly responsible for successful configuration, customization and deployment of Agile PLM to map to the customers business process for product development, new product introduction, and engineering change management. It will be essential that the Consultant have a deep understanding of Agile PLM modules for implementation, administration and upgrading the earlier release to the current release of Agile PLM.
  • Ability to participate in Client Requirement meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with project teams, sponsors, senior management and business partners.
  • Experience interacting with Customers and ability to talk in user's language to better understand their requirement and put forth suggestions which would help enhance the business process.
  • Involvement in planning and scheduling activities to meet the project deadlines.
  • Should be able to estimate the complexity and timeline for change requests.
  • Strong problem-solver who can design solutions and assist developers with issues.
  • Applies high standards of quality to work completed.
  • Highly productive and performs well under pressure.
  • Has significant impact on success of project.
  • Has sufficient working knowledge of several business domains: consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, financial,  energy, electronics, retail, etc.

Skills

  • At least 5 years experience with Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Experience with at least 5 Agile PLM net new implementations.
  • At least 5 years experience with two or more Oracle Agile PLM Applications including:
    • Product Collaboration (PC)
    • Product Quality Management (PQM)
    • Product Portfolio Management (PPM)
    • Product Governance and Compliance (PG&C)
    • Product Cost Management (PCM)
    • Engineering Collaboration (EC)
    • Oracle Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Agile PLM versions 9.3.01, 9.3, 9.2.X, and Agile Advantage.
    Windows Server OS, Linux (RH and OEL), and/or Sun Solaris.
  • Microsoft Office Product Suite proficiency.
  • Oracle 10gR2 and 11gR1 database.
  • Oracle EBS or other ERP experience a plus.
  • Understanding of PLM to ERP Integrations.
  • Automatic Upgrade Tool (AUT) experience a plus.
  • Agile Content Services (ACS) experience a plus.
  • Agile Integration Architecture (AIA) and Process Integration Package (PIP) experience a plus.

Minimum of 5 years Consulting Experience.
