Since 1997, DAZ has developed a proprietary Methodology that exists in several flavors. DAZ offers a Comprehensive Implementation, a Rapid Implementation and the Oracle Accelerate Solution. With all of these, we assess a customer’s business processes in order to better predict the intended outcome of the project. Frequently the business processes will be reexamined and revamped to take advantage of the changes occurring with the implementation.

The Conference Room Pilot is a key ingredient to thoroughly understanding the exact nature of a new set of software and processes; DAZ guides the customer through conference room pilot (CRP) stages during the implementation. This facilitates the user learning experience, with and without customer data playing its part.

To ensure implementation stays on course, DAZ and the customer maintain a comprehensive project schedule with specific activity steps, resource loading, and deliverables. The combined team meets daily to focus on project solutions, and holds weekly status meetings to keep key management and contributors informed of progress.
